Full + Partial Wedding Planning

When you work with us, you’ll get exclusive access to my handpicked vendor list—carefully curated to match your unique style and vision. From our first chat to your big day, communication is unlimited, and I’ll be right by your side every step of the way, offering expert guidance, creative insight, and calm confidence to make your wedding truly unforgettable.
Full Wedding Planning:
Our Full-Service Planning option is perfect for couples with full schedules and big dreams. If your days are already packed and you’d rater enjoy your engagement, this is for you. From the moment we start, we become your planning partner — handling the details, managing vendors, and guiding you every step of the way. You can relax knowing you have an expert in your corner who’s just as invested in your day as you are.

Partial Wedding Planning:
If you’re excited about the big picture but want to focus on what to wear, the décor, and those little details, Partial Planning is perfect for you. This option is ideal for planners at heart who have already secured their venue but would love a professional’s insight and guidance. You’ll get access to our curated guides, checklists, and templates to keep you organized from the very start. Once we officially come together, we’ll review your budget, refine your vendor choices, and ensure everything aligns with your vision — giving you confidence and clarity while you enjoy the creative and fun parts of your wedding.

Event Management
Our “Day-of Coordination” with a touch of planning is perfect for couples who have done most of the heavy lifting but want a trusted partner to bring it all together. From the final weeks leading up to your wedding through the big day itself, we’ll be there to coordinate, troubleshoot, and make sure every detail flows seamlessly — so you can relax, enjoy the moment, and celebrate without a single worry.
Three months before your wedding, we’ll officially come together to review all the planning you’ve completed so far and identify any gaps that need attention. From there, we step in as your main point of contact — managing communication with your chosen vendors, coordinating timelines, and handling the details that can take up so much of your time. Our goal is to make the final months leading up to your wedding as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on enjoying the excitement of your big day.
Tasks that are included but not limited to…
Timeline Creation from getting ready to the last dance
Review booked vendor contracts and create an outline of your vision + their duties
Final walk through of the wedding site with your venue, catering and rental team
Finalizing and distributing the final details to vendors
1 hour Ceremony Rehearsal for timing and placement
10 hours on the day to manage vendors and timeline of events
Set-up and breakdown of all personal decor

Weddings are a time to bring your relationships to life! Friends and family from far and wide come together to celebrate your new relationship! They travel to the place you chose, let’s show them a good time!

Wedding Weekend Planning
Places to go, things to do! I’m well travelled and love to explore all the new places I wind up in. We can create a weekend full of events or a simple guide to the city you choose to wed!
This package includes planning your rehearsal dinner, welcome party and brunch/lunch the following day.

Let’s create an easy and fun way for your guests to RSVP, access your registry, and know what the wedding weekend fun consists of!
A thoughtful wedding website can enhance your guest experience AND save you time and energy because it can answer questions and collects information for you. From there I’ll track your RSVPs and put together the final list for you.

Welcome parties and rehearsal dinners play a special role in your wedding because it’s the final get together before you say “I do”. Planning Consultation
If you are just starting the planning process and want to gauge what the nexts steps would be or if you feel like you hit a wall with planning and need guidance about the next step to take you can book and hour consultation call with my team to discuss direction.
This applies to current Event Management clients as well.

Ceremony Creation
Ceremonies are the bonding moment of sacred intention to come together as partners in this life.
I believe that your ceremony should speak and reflect your relationship!
I would love the opportunity to create the ceremony of your dreams, whether it be short + sweet or full of activities. We would work together to craft a unique ceremony to shine your love for one another. This can be anything from the ancient act of hand fasting to words of prophets (past and present) or song lyrics (yes, I have seen Aerosmith “vows” before).
